The meeting started with us reading a story about the Daisy flowers learning about the importance of respecting authority. Then, we had a visit from Mr. Croyle who also talked to the girls about respecting authority. They then worked on a thank you card for Mr. Croyle.The girls have now earned their magenta petal ~ respect authority.
After snack time, they worked as a team to create some cute penguin charms.
We talked about our cookie sale...the troop had sold 350 boxes at that point. So, the girls were excited to learn that we had reached our initial goal of selling 300 boxes!
Our next meeting will be Valentine's Day themed! The girls are going to have a Valentine's Day Card Exchange. So, please make sure your Daisy brings a card for each of the girls in the troop.
